Ideal Location - Vedichipalayam, Karur

Ideal Location

Our farm is situated in Vedichipalayam, Karur, in the southern region of India. The climate in Karur is hot and semi-arid, with a temperature range of 26-31°C, ideal for the proper growth of Spirulina. Karur is located at an altitude of 154m above sea level and is an abundant source of pure, fresh water. The prevalent sunny weather allows our Spirulina to mature quickly, helping us to harvest high-quality, nutrient-rich algae in a shorter period of time.

Raceway Ponds

We cultivate our Spirulina in shallow, artificial pools called raceway ponds, which provide a safe and nurturing environment for the algae to thrive. The water in these ponds is carefully monitored and maintained at a pH level of between 9 and 10, which is optimal for the growth and development of Spirulina. To ensure that the algae receive the proper amount of sunlight and nutrients, we maintain average water levels of 25 centimeters in our ponds.

Organic Feed and Raw Materials

Organic Feed and Raw Materials

Our cultivation process starts with using the finest quality feed and raw materials, carefully sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure purity and nutritional integrity. We use pure, filtered water to nurture our spirulina, and rely exclusively on organic, non-GMO feed that meets stringent safety standards. This commitment ensures that our end product is free from any harmful additives or contaminants, resulting in a product of exceptional purity and potency.

In addition, we implement rigorous quality control measures to verify that every batch of feed and other raw materials meets our high standards. By using only the best inputs, we produce spirulina and other nutraceuticals that offer maximum effectiveness and consistent quality in every harvest.

Harvest & Processing

We collect and concentrate Spirulina-rich water using a thin mesh vibro filter and then dehydrate it into a slurry using a vacuum table. The slurry is then spray-dried into a fine powder using a spray dryer. The resulting powder is collected and packaged for storage or further processing. The entire process is fully automated and is completed in 25 minutes, ensuring maximum freshness in our Spirulina.

Our plant operates in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and GMP Quality Assurance Systems, and we guarantee that every bag of our pure, natural, organic Spirulina contains no herbicides or heavy metals.
