About Our Products
What is Spirulina and why is it considered a superfood?
Spirulina is a blue-green microalgae that's one of the most nutrient-dense foods on Earth. It contains over 60% complete protein with all essential amino acids, plus high levels of vitamins B12, A, and K, iron, antioxidants like phycocyanin, and essential fatty acids. It's considered a superfood because of its exceptional nutritional density and bioavailability.
How is your Spirulina different from others in the market?
Our Spirulina is cultivated in controlled, food-grade raceway ponds in optimal conditions in Karur, Tamil Nadu. We maintain strict quality control with >60% protein content, 18-22% phycocyanin levels, and are 100% certified organic. Every batch undergoes ICP-MS testing for heavy metals and is free from contaminants like microcystins.
What certifications do your products have?
Our products are certified under NPOP (both Production and Processing), GMP, ISO 22000:2018, and FSSAI. We're also working towards EU Organic and USDA Organic certifications, expected by Q4 2025.
What forms do your products come in?
We offer Spirulina in multiple formats: fine powder for formulations, 500mg compressed tablets, and vegan HPMC capsules. We also provide different grades (Premium, High, and Economy) to suit various applications from premium nutraceuticals to large-scale formulations.
Quality & Safety
How do you ensure product safety and quality?
We follow strict GMP and ISO 22000:2018 protocols. Every batch is tested for heavy metals, PAHs, microcystins, and microbial load using ICP-MS and other advanced testing methods. Our cultivation uses only organic, non-GMO feed and pure, filtered water in controlled environments.
Are your products tested for contaminants?
Yes, absolutely. Every batch undergoes comprehensive testing for heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, arsenic), microcystins, pesticide residues, and microbial contamination. We provide detailed Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for each batch.
How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption. Proper storage ensures maximum shelf life of 24 months for powder and 36 months for tablets and capsules.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our Spirulina has a shelf life of 36 months when stored properly. All products are marked with manufacturing and expiry dates for traceability.

What is the recommended dosage?
Typical dosages range from 1-3 grams daily for general wellness, up to 10 grams for therapeutic applications. However, specific dosages should be determined based on your product formulation and intended use. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional.

What is your carbon footprint?
Our production has a minimal carbon footprint due to the efficiency of microalgae cultivation and our use of renewable energy. Spirulina produces significantly less CO2 compared to traditional protein sources while absorbing CO2 during growth.
